Ilya Kreines
Ilya is a Jerusalem-based artist, working in illustration, animation, printmaking, cinema and puppet theater. Graduated from UMPRUM Illustration studio, and from Bezalel Academy in Jerusalem. The main themes he explores are time, identity, and collectibles. He also runs an independent illustrative publishing project "Why Hedgehog" which tries to expand the term Hedgehog. Has been teaching animation and drawing at Wild Kids studio in Jerusalem since 2018.
